Meet OraMy Name is Ora Daniels owner of Sugar Innovations, LLC. I'm a Cincinnati native and mother of four. I worked in corporate America for 15+ years, in many different industries. I always had some sort of leadership/ management position which at the time I had no idea I was grooming myself for entrepreneurship. This entrepreneurial journey began in 2014, I hosted a charity event and needed a favor for the tables. Our theme was circus so I thought about something that would match the theme. I researched and found these really pretty purple apples which exactly matched our theme, and made 70-80 for the tables. People began requesting apples and treats for parties and events. I researched and honed my craft and began vending at markets around the city. I have expanded to corporate clients and larger events. I would like to expand to a truck and store front space to handle the growing demand for my products.

Nannie was the heart, soul, and spirt of our family. One of the strongest women I’ve ever known. She was the backbone of our family and taught me a lot about cooking. She shaped our values and traditions that we still revere to this day!

He was my father and the head of our family. He was a great example of parenting. He was musically inclined and opened my world up to a variety of genre’s. He loved to fish and taught us how at a very young age.

My mother is the most creative person I know. Every artistic bone in my body comes from her. She is one of my biggest supporters and brand champion. I would not be where I am today without her guidance and wit!

My grandfather was the definition of the phrase “Jack of all trades, master of none”. He worked every day on cars, concrete and construction. He was one of the first true examples of an entrepreneur, working daily until he was 93 years old. He taught us what strong work ethic looks like.
